Our shipments are carried out by our reliable partner UPS. All shipments are insured. The lead time depends on the country to which you are shipping. On the map below you can find the average UPS lead times per country.

The majority of our shipments are carried out by UPS. With us you are guaranteed of your shipment, you can rest assured that you will always receive your ordered products in new condition and undamaged. When damages occur during shipment, we will provide you with a replacing article.

For our shipments outside of Europe, we always choose air transport to ensure a quick delivery.

In addition, we always ship with the fast UPS express service for shipments outside of the European Union (excluding Norway and Switzerland), without charging additional costs. The express service normally stands for a delivery within 4 working days after shipment.

UPS only delivers on business days and not on weekends and holidays.

No one available when delivered

If no one is available at the delivery address when UPS tries to deliver your order, UPS will leave a UPS InfoNotice. At the top of the InfoNotice you can find the date it was left and whether it was the first, second or final dlivery attempt.

You can use the InfoNotice to schedule a new delivery or have your order held for pickup at a UPS Access Point. UPS will undertake three delivery attempts for each shipment to a company address. To a private address there will be only 1 delivery attempt. In this case, the customer has the possibility to ask a second and third delivery attempt using UPS My Choice. Using the InfoNotice you can also change your delivery address. UPS cannot undertake a second delivery attempt on the same day, a new attempt will be made on the next business day.

If UPS doesn't succeed to deliver your order after all three delivery attempts, we will hold the shipment at a nearby UPS facility for five days before returning it to sender. COD shipments will be returned to sender the same day as the final delivery attempt is made.
