The coronavirus (COVID-19) affects us all. In these uncertain times we would like to keep you informed of the situation at dmlights. We have taken the necessary measurements to guarantee the health of our employees and our customers. In this way we hope to be able to control the spread of the virus.
You can still shop 24/7 in the dmlights webshop. Our warehouse remains operational and our logistics partners continue to deliver all orders. Unfortunately, it may happen that your package takes a little longer than usual due to circumstances, but we make every effort to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.
We are still available
We remain available for all your questions during this additional lockdown. You can reach us by phone (015/25 76 68) or by chat from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday to Thursday. We are available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday.
As a precaution, we will keep the doors of the dmlights Pro Center (the shop) closed from 2 November, for professionals as well. We are doing this to ensure the health of our colleagues, so that we can continue to help our customers during this unpleasant period.
For the time being, we are 100% committed to our e-shop. Everything you order from our e-shop can be delivered to your home or picked up in our Package Safe, which remains open 24/7.
Did you already have an appointment for a lighting plan? Then our staff will contact you to keep this appointment and still be corona-proof. Would you like a customised lighting plan? Contact us and we will schedule a video call to discuss your wishes.
We have taken appropriate measures regarding hygiene in our warehouse and are currently also working in a two-shift system (6 am-10pm). This way we meet the social distancing guidelines and we can continue to offer the best service possible.
